- complete this registration form (PDF format) and mail it or drop it off to the Lincoln Rec. Dept. desk anytime.
- Pick up and fill out forms @ Rec. Dept., or at Number and Packet pick-up @ Codman Pool:
Wednesday June 23, 12:30 - 5:00pm
Friday June 25, 12:30 - 7pm
Fee on Race Day: $35 ($105 max per family)
**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Save $10 and avoid long lines on race day if you pre-register!
